Artisan Graphics Co. is looking for a motivated individual to coordinate our marketing initiatives. We are a growing business specializing in custom signs and graphics (design, fabrication, and installation). We also provide branding and graphic design services for businesses, organizations and events. The Marketing Coordinator’s main role will be to work alongside the ownership and the creative team to strengthen our company’s brand and expand it through all channels of marketing.

Primary Job Duties

• Develop marketing plans and strategies

• Create and implement a marketing calendar

• Develop, maintain, and distribute all promotional, advertising and sales collateral

• Manage our online presence (website, social media, SEO, online advertising, directories, etc.)

• Communicate regularly with our existing clients

• Cultivate new business relationships

• Proven admin or assistant experience

Job Brief

As a marketing intern you will be asked to provide creative ideas and strategies to develop, maintain, and expand our marketing channels. You will collaborate with our marketing, advertising, and design departments in all stages of marketing campaigns. This internship will give you firsthand experience in collaborating with a team of creative individuals. It will also equip you with knowledge of various marketing strategies.


• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

Job Brief

As a shop manager your role will be to oversee the shop’s production and installation operations. It will be your responsibility to guarantee that production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing the shop’s workflow. You will work alongside the design department to ensure that projects are approved, printed, processed, and delivered/installed correctly and in a timely manner. You will be required to coordinate instillation schedules with clients. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. Your role is an integral part of the company as it is your duty to ensure that all projects produced by the company are to the highest standard and meet the deadlines.


• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

• Oversee and coach employees

• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

• Check production output according to specifications

• Submit reports on performance and progress

• Experience as Shop Manager or similar role

• Experience in using various types of printing and construction machinery and tools
